Thunder IPTV is a media player that lets you access and organize your own playlists. We do not provide or host any media, channels, or playlists. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the app or our web services.

Data Storage
We store minimal account and sync information needed to provide features like favorites, watch progress, and multi-device access. We do not store your IPTV credentials or playlist contents on our servers unless explicitly required for synchronization.
Third-Party Services
We use Google services (such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Cloud Firestore) to provide sign-in, secure your account, keep the app stable, and analyze aggregate usage trends. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile photo — to create and secure your Thunder IPTV account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service data.
Limited Use of Google user data. Data we obtain through Google Sign-In is used solely to provide and improve the authentication and account features of Thunder IPTV. We do not use this data to serve targeted or personalized advertising, we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes, we do not use it to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not allow humans to read this data except with your consent, to comply with the law, or to investigate abuse. We do not share Google user data with third parties beyond the service providers (such as Firebase, which is operated by Google itself) strictly necessary to operate the app on our behalf.
Advertising & Analytics
Some parts of our website use Google AdSense to display advertising, and the app may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage and diagnose crashes. These providers may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads and measure performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or your device's ad tracking settings.
Data Retention
We retain account and sync data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.
