How to request account deletion

To delete your Thunder IPTV account, follow these steps in the app:

• Open the Thunder IPTV app.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete my account.
• Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, contact us: thunderiptv.app@gmail.com.

Data deleted

• User profile(s) and saved credentials.
• Watch history (Continue Watching).
• Favorites (movies and series).
• Category preferences.

Data retained

• Billing/transaction data (if applicable), retained for legal obligations.
• Technical security logs, retained for up to 30 days.

Timeline

Deletion is processed immediately after confirmation, and any remaining data is purged within a maximum of 30 days.
